Substitution Policy

At Glasra, we pride ourselves on delivering "Living Elegance." Because we deal with live, imported botanical specimens, nature occasionally presents us with variations in availability. Our substitution policy ensures that even if a specific plant or vessel is unavailable, the "flawless masterpiece" you ordered remains consistent in value, aesthetic, and architectural grace.

1. The Botanical Integrity Guarantee

Variety & Species: If the specific plant variety you ordered is unavailable, we will substitute it with a plant of equal or greater value that mirrors the original’s habit, foliage style, and light requirements. For example, if a specific Calathea variety is unavailable, we will select another premium Calathea with similar striking patterns.

Size & Maturity: We strive to match the exact dimensions listed. If a substitution is necessary, we guarantee that the replacement will meet the same height and volume specifications as the original selection.

2. Seasonal & Flowering Plants

Color & Bloom: For our Flowering & Seasonal collections (such as Cyclamens or Cymbidiums), color may vary based on the freshest greenhouse availability. While we aim for the exact shade pictured, we may substitute with a different hue within the same elegant palette to ensure you receive the healthiest, most vibrant blooms.

Bud Stage: To ensure your "living investment" thrives for as long as possible, flowering plants may be delivered in bud form.

3. Artisanal Vessels & Pots

Glasra pairs plants with curated pots to create a "Verdant Canvas." If a specific artisanal pot or vase is out of stock, we will substitute it with a vessel of similar material, color, and high-end design aesthetic. The structural integrity and scale of the pairing will always be maintained.

4. Signature Care Packs

Every Glasra specimen is paired with its signature care pack. In the event of a substitution, your care pack will be updated to match the specific needs of the new plant, ensuring it remains "glowing and growing" in its new sanctuary.

5. Our Commitment to Communication

Major Substitutions: If a suitable substitute within the same "botanical icon" category is not available, our concierge team will contact you directly to discuss alternative options or a scheduled delivery for when the specific specimen arrives from our next import.

Minor Adjustments: For substitutions involving less than 15% of an arrangement or minor color shifts in seasonal blooms, we will proceed with the substitution to ensure timely delivery of your gift or decor.
